Dr Rashmi Choudhri is an eminent educationist and is a true visionary. She is a dynamic, passionate, and cheerful leader.
For many years, she has been dedicated to the field of education, striving to create nurturing environments where students can flourish intellectually, emotionally, and socially. Her journey in education has equipped her with a wealth of experiences, from the classroom to administrative roles each shaping my philosophy and approach to leadership.
The school has been achieving greater heights under her leadership and has consistently ranked among the top schools in Navi Mumbai for the last three years by the surveys conducted by Times of India, and Hindustan Times. and Free Press Journal.
She has a doctorate in Chemistry and a dual Master’s degree in Organic & Inorganic Chemistry. She also has a B.Ed. degree under her belt.
She is a regular invitee to many Cambridge Principal conclaves and seminars as a speaker/panellist and is often invited as a motivational speaker. She has spoken about NEP 2020.
She believes in giving society back with an open heart and was associated with the Rotary Club for more than a decade and held office during 2015-16. She also supported underprivileged children by teaching them English through an NGO named Edifice Foundation.
She is currently associated with Manglam Charitable Trust which works with cancer patients.
Her hobbies like music, writing, and sports she has a unique hobby i.e. spreading love in the world.

Saeeda is a dynamic and innovative librarian with a strong educational background in library and information science, complemented by a solid understanding of software programming. She has been working as a librarian for 2 years. Currently she is working at OES International School-Andheri as a School Librarian. Prior to this, she worked at prominent institutes such as EXIM Bank of India Knowledge Centre, The Indian Institute Of Population Sciences, and The Associated Journals Limited. Her experience at prestigious institutions has honed her skills in providing comprehensive library services and resources to a diverse user base.
Moreover, Saeeda possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in library management software, cataloging, classification, indexing, abstracting skills, thesaurus construction, metadata entry, and reference management tools. Her familiarity with SLIM 2.0, KOHA, and LIBSYS 10 library management software demonstrates her proficiency in leveraging technology to streamline library operations and enhance user experiences.
Saeeda is known for her enthusiasm and dedication to creating engaging library experiences. Her ability to integrate technology into library services ensures that patrons have access to cutting-edge resources while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
In her leisure time, she channels her creativity through painting, crafting, and drawing. Her passion for the arts not only enriches her personal life but also inspires a sense of imagination and innovation in her professional endeavors
Introducing Ms Lumina Miranda, the English Facilitator for the Primary Section. Armed with a B.A. and B.Ed, Miss Lumina is not just an educator but a catalyst for language proficiency and unwavering commitment to students success make the language arts experience both enriching and enjoyable.

Ms. Radhika Naik is a passionate and dedicated educator committed to fostering a love of learning in her students. She has been in the teaching industry for the past 14 years.
Currently is working in OES International School-Andheri as Academic Co-ordinator and facilitator of Math and Science. She has coordinated various competitive exams in school such as math, science, G.K Olympiad and LogIQids Exams. She Works closely with teachers and Principal ma’am to develop and update the school’s curriculum and provide support to teachers in implementing effective teaching methods and strategies. She coordinates class and exam schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and meeting the needs of students and teachers.
She has received ‘Teaching Excellence Award’ at NESCO Events presented by World of Education Expo 2023 on 16th December 2023.
She employs a student-centered approach, integrating hands-on activities, collaborative projects, and technology to make learning engaging and relevant.

Ms. Daljit Kaur is a dedicated educator and thrilled to be a part of OES International School in Andheri. She is a facilitator for Social Studies and English at OESIS. With a 7-year teaching career and a passion for learning, she brings a unique set of interests that enhances the learning experience.
In Daljit Kaur’s classroom, the focus extends beyond traditional teaching methods. She strives to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that caters to diverse interests and learning styles with the use of interactive activities, collaborative projects, and modern technologies.
Outside of the classroom, Daljit Kaur has a love for singing, playing musical instruments, reading, fitness, and creativity. She is also pursuing additional education in the teaching profession. As an Admission Counselor, Zoena is a front-liner at OESIS. She is a single point of contact for Admission and Administration related communication for parents and students.
A Marketing and Admissions strategist also an effective leader who excels at using proven methods to successfully develop, implement, and review processes thereby increasing productivity.
Zoena holds a degree of Masters in Business Administration and substantially acquires an overall experience of 10+ years in Content Operations, Marketing and Admission Counselling.
She is competitive in her approach to obtain a constructive workflow and handle complex situations from a strategic and tactical perspective.
Mr. Akshay Poojary brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our school as the Physical Education teacher. With a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and a Master’s in Commerce, he seamlessly combines his passion for sports with a solid educational background.

Ms. Musrat Shaikh is an amiable, passionate, diligent and disciplined Educator, a vivid thinker and a lifelong learner. She has been in the teaching industry for the past 3 years and has taught diverse range of learners across SSC, CBSE and IGCSE Cambridge boards curriculum, thereby gaining quality experience in the field of Education.
Currently is working at OES International School- Andheri as a Science and Math Facilitator. Being a strong believer of the philosophy “It’s not about what teachers cover, it’s about what the students discover”, she plans and conduct her lessons based on enquiry, research, real-life experiences, application, games and activities to facilitate a quality teaching-learning process.
Ms. Musrat is a CTET-qualified Educator, striving to persevere for Professional Development. She was placed among the Top 30 Percentile globally in the International Teachers’ Olympiad held on 7th October 2023. She was also recognized in the category of Top 1000 Mentors for the idea submitted at the Youth Ideathon. She participated in a Ward-level Science Exhibition (H-West) and presented a Teaching aid on operating integers. She actively participates and attends workshops and seminars which contributes to her professional growth as an Educator.
In her free time, she likes to write short write-ups, read books and do sketching.
Gracy Fernandes is a Fine Artist and holds many titles on her. She is an Art Educator, Tattoo Artist, Commission Artist and works as a commission fabric artist for a fashion designer. She has been in the field of teaching since 7 years and is known for her creative and artistic skills.
She holds 2nd place in Regional level, 1st place in State Level, 1st place in Zonal Level, and 1st place in National Level Awards for Sculpture and Installation. She has also exhibited her artworks in different areas and has won the Best Painting Award.
She started her career as an Art Studio Handler and then shifted into teaching. She worked as an Art teacher in different art studios and kept upgrading her skills while working on the syllabus as well as helping those kids in their portfolio who wanted to apply abroad. Later, she worked in a French school as an after-school art teacher as she wanted to teach on a larger scale so now she is curently working in OES Internatinoal School .
As an IGCSE art teacher, she teaches a variety of techniques to help her students enhance their artistic skills. She focuses more on art concepts that need to be understood than just focusing on the fancy outcome. Basics is something she focuses on because when basics are strong then later art is endless and effortless. Inspiring students to express their creativity through various art forms also becomes more easier. She loves teaching techniques, guiding students in exploring different mediums, and helping them develop their artistic skills.
In her free time , she engages in Artwork research, increasing knowledge on art history, movie study, in research of new creative concepts, custom painting, working on her business, helps in hotel and cafes with interior decore and painting work and concept ideas. Food menu on location based. Designing cakes , Designing menu books for cafe or mini restaurants, . Travel is something she enjoys as it helps her in different areas.
Ms. Jyoti Jha our esteemed Hindi language educator, whose passion for teaching is matched only by his deep-rooted commitment to promoting linguistic and cultural understanding. With a Bachelor’s degree in Hindi Literature and 3 years of experience in education, she brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our school. Specializing in teaching Hindi to middle and high school students. Her teaching philosophy revolves around creating a vibrant and interactive classroom where language acquisition is not just a skill but an exploration of rich cultural nuances.
His dedication to fostering a love for the language is evident in his innovative teaching methods, making Hindi lessons both enjoyable and insightful. Ms . Jyoti actively engages in extracurricular activities to further enhance students’ cultural awareness. He organizes Hindi poetry recitation competitions and cultural events that celebrate the diverse tapestry of Hindi literature. His commitment to the holistic development of students extends beyond the classroom, making him an integral part of our school community.
Ms. Shifa boasts seven years of experience as a pre-primary facilitator, collaborating with various educational institutions. Currently contributing her expertise to the pre-primary section at OES International School.
Ms. Shifa’s proactive approach is evident through her attendance at beneficial workshops, where she not only gains insights but actively implements them for self-improvement. Her positive and energetic teaching style, coupled with extensive knowledge, enables her to adapt flexibly to diverse student needs. Miss Aarti Damle is an Educator and Mentor for Primary and Secondary section.
She has been in the teaching industry as a teacher for the past 16 years.
Currently working in OES International School-Andheri as ICT and Marathi teacher. She is enthusiastic, friendly, easy-going, able to develop rapport with learners, committed to the growth of their students.
Miss Aarti has used innovative teaching strategies in the classroom that make learning easier and more effective. She has updated herself by attending various workshops for professional development, curriculum update and learning new teaching.
Her passion is to work hard and has determination over work.
Mrs Aashna is a dynamic and positive individual. Her personality is a captivating mix of warmth, intelligence, empathy, creativity, adventurous, optimism, keeping patience. She has always been passionate about teaching and has a positive approach for everything she does and people she meets. She is currently working as a preschool facilitator and a heading the preschool as a coordinator in OES International School since 2018 in (India) and gained a past experience in overseas (Kuwait) for more than one year as a kindergarten teacher. As a preschool educator she deeply committed to shaping the early learning experiences of children. With a blend of warmth, her patience’s and enthusiasm, she creates an environment that encourages exploration and curiosity.
Her teaching passion approach is characterized by creativity, adaptability, and a focus on holistic development. Through effective communication, both with young students and their parents, she aims to establish a collaborative relationship that nurtures each child’s unique strengths. She has continuously seeking ways to enhance her teaching methods, she always dedicated to instilling a love for learning in the hearts of the little ones under her care. As a preschool coordinator, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the educational environment. Her responsibilities include overseeing curriculum development, planning events, making circulars, coordinating activities, training teachers and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. In the past she has also gained experience as secretary for 3years in a computer softer company in India and also remained committed consular for few months in CMC computer institute for providing guidance to students for seeking assistance about the computer courses.
In her ME-time she like to experiment with new recipes and cooking in the kitchen. She enjoys making videos of her memory lane not only gives her relaxation but serve as an outlets for her creativity.
